New version, new game and layout updates

Game updates:
- Discovering Latent Skills now uses a point buy based on Aptitudes
- Inception has been decoupled from other game mechanics and made optional
- Character creation now uses 3d6-highest mechanic for determining Aptitudes
- Clarification to death and dying rules, as well as suggestions for Hit Protection recovery
Layout updates:
- Now available in spread and non-spread as well as printable booklet format
- Layout changes to improve readability
